Talk of Depression can help

You don't have to be a doctor or a mental health specialist to understand that talking of mental depression can really help. Many of us are a victim of this vulnerable disease unknowingly. Many of us have lost ourselves in the name of being shamed in return for our talk of such a thing but the issue that withstands here is that 'we do not talk'.

Everyone in life at least has one person to talk of whatever he desires being regardless of the fact that the one is going to oversee things drastically. In today's world, where resilience has walked far from the people, tempers have fallen too short, emotions are boneheaded and the ability to think for other's good has demolished, it is obvious that the sufferer may conveniently be forced to believe that keeping his obsessions to him is the only solution available.

One cannot even imagine that while suffering a volatile sickness like depression, what impression 'a talk of your problem' can make to you, your mind, your thoughts, and your whole physical and mental system. Imagine, that just by sharing the storms dismantling within, your self-esteem can boost, your power to contest can trigger, and your willingness to improve can erupt out of nowhere.

Blatantly, people around the world are in immediate need to stop giving a damn over 'what the others will think'. This one single sentence comprising of the total five words has disgustingly caused more destruction in this universe than the world wars may have. It is not of the imagination that how dynamiting this one sentence can be to your whole freaking life. The questions that must arise here are that are we here to justify our actions to other people? Our dreams are to fall beyond our eyes after the approval of this world? Why have we overthrown ourselves to the will and imagination of the judgmental wolves of our societies?

Our woes are our own and only we can fight them to the elimination. To all the despairs out there, initiate expressing your own isolations as this is the only way out to overcome your mopes. Suffering from mental diffusion is your battle, no one else will ever be able to sword it out unless you start to pout. Talk of the depression can help to drive this 'silently killing enigma' out of our societies. It is time that we must address this marring disease.

According to the World Health Organisation, 8,00,000 people around the world die annually because of the self-exclamation of their lives. This number screamingly indicates that 'every 40 seconds' a person is succumbing himself to death majorly because of this illicit plague called 'depression'. The affectees must start preparing themselves to talk, mental despondency is not something to avoid, it is a labile journey that will darken by the time. Start talking today, doesn't matter to whom one may talk or share with, but the
pre-eminence is 'Talk of Depression can Help'.

Live beyond Life

We all may have heard on so many occasions that the real purpose of life is served only when you live for others. The renowned genius of the world Albert Einstien once said that "Only a life lived for others is a life worthwhile". The message is clear, loud and steady that always be willing to stand for others like you expect the world to stand for you when you are having trouble. Helping others will always help you to live a peaceful and satisfactory life. The question that arises here is that what could be the possible passage to help others out. What could be an act of kindness and generosity that lives beyond your life as well?

Have you ever imagined there is one way every single person in this entire universe can help; It doesn't matter how helpless is he. One must be forced to think that how a feeble can be of use to anyone! Now take some time out and think, of what use are our organs to us once we are out of breathing? For the very obvious reasons, the answer is that they are of no use. Have we ever thought that donating our body organs afterward can help us to live beyond life? Burying the useful organs along with the deceased is of no use and benefit. Yes, there is an emotional dilemma attached to this asking. It is how one can allow scorching the body organs of the beloved after being deceased. This may sound inhumane to some but what is being done for others with these organs is way bigger keeping the lines of humanity in view.

Let's pose an example to bring more clarity to the issue being raised, imagine, that a father is on his death bed following the failure of his kidney and there is no availability of the donor. Doctors have asked to arrange for a donor or lose hope of survival. The same day, the son of the abovementioned man, unfortunately, had an accident and died. Being brought to the same hospital his father was losing his hope of life in. The doctors after the final examination of the deceased called the whole family in and asked, the life of the man can be saved if you allow us to donate your son's kidney to his father. What answer you think the whole family may have given? Well for the obvious reasons and with a heavy heart, they must have allowed the doctors to take out the kidney and save the life of the one who still has a hope to live. Just because the one who was about to die was their own family member, they allowed the kidney to be donated. What if the same family was asked for someone else's father? They obviously would have denied. So, here is the message that is being upraised that to live for others is the life worth living.

In Pakistan, more than two hundred thousand people die every year because of organ failure and a country having a population of more than 220 million, only fifteen thousand people have registered to donate their organs yet. There is a huge need for awareness in this regard. We all have a role to play, to think and decide. The example quoted above has a loud message that under a given situation, for our loved ones, we can decide to donate but when it comes to donating our organs for others, we fumble and iterate.

"Live for yourself, you will live in vain
Live for the others and you will live again"
