Reforms in School Education Department Punjab

School Education Punjab is the second biggest department of Pakistan having more than half a million employees teaching around 12 million students in 52,487 government schools of Punjab. Catering such a huge number of employees is a task for sure. Under the supervision of Imran Khan's led PTI government in Punjab, SED has introduced the E-Transfer policy for the teachers working in the government schools of Punjab a few months ago. The historic launch of this online transfer policy has eliminated the corruption factor at large, the nuisance for the teachers who, in the past have to run from place to place to get them transferred from one school to another. But now, with the launch and implementation of E-Transfer policy, teachers can move online applications for their transfers while staying free of hassles.

The successful launch of this policy has also assured that all of the transfers must have to be done keeping the lines of merit in view. No special transfer requests from anyone can be catered after the policy being introduced. Two online transfer phases have already been completed successfully and almost all of the teachers have expressed satisfaction over the system being brought for them. As per the details, from May 2019 onwards, more than two hundred thousand teachers have logged onto the online transfer portal system and thousands of transfers have been done on merit to date.

According to the School Education Department Punjab, fifty to seventy thousand teachers apply for their transfers from one place to another on an annual basis. With the success of the E transfer policy, corruption worth billions has been barred. No government in the past has ever worked to ease the life of teachers in this way. In my very humble opinion, this is how you start to change, a system can never be changed or altered at once, it takes a lot of time but what matters is' are the measures being taken to improve and to excel.

What if I was Born Poor

It is no one’s fault to be born out of magnificence nor it is a specialty to open your eyes occupying all that one may desires. We all land in this world under different circumstances but the given playing field is the same for all. It is you who is going to decide what you are going to be and what impact you are going to make to this world. If you are born ordinary that does not mean that your ending is going to be worthless too. Yes, it might sound huge for the beginners to tell and make themselves believe that people ruling the success charts today have started one day from somewhere ordinary, with limited means and resources and from there, they have topped the heights of the success world.

To be successful, one must have the ability to plan and aim. A person must be able to decide what worth he holds and which passage can help him sprint towards success. Formidable brains do hold the power to aim, analyze and chase. It is not necessary that your plans are going to engross the entire universe and you are going to conquer whatever you want within the timeline you’ve decided for your own self. It takes time and on several occasions, it takes a lot of time which is even beyond your last line expectations. At so many intervals of life, you may feel exhausted about what you have started or will feel stirred about the passage you have taken but the key to success is that you keep appreciating yourself for the journey you have covered and keep reminding yourself that why you have started. This is how it works and this is how successful people conquer.

Globally, there are several examples of the people whose initial lives were spent being poor but today, they are renowned all over the world and that is all because of their hard work, ambitions, and determination. Internet tycoon Jack Ma, founder of the technology giant Apple Steve Jobs, Charlie Chaplin, Leonardo DiCaprio, Starbucks founder Howard Schultz, Cristiano Ronaldo, and Walt Disney are just a few of them. They and the others like them have settled their mark of life and then worked endlessly hard to hunt them down. Hard work is a mandatory key to success. There could be no shortcut to long term success. One must have to take the escalators to reach the top. Do not get settle for the lesser if you even hardly believe that you deserve better and more.

Many people opt to change their track because of the no immediate success and on most of the junctures, it is because of the suggestions one is getting for not outreaching the desired results. In this regard, it is opined that always keep yourself open to insinuations until you are deciding your path but once you have taken your decision, do not look back and keep on forcing yourself to walk the path doesn’t matter how difficult and harsh it gets. As a famous quote says “Tougher situations never last but tougher people do”.
